NRG is proud to be the cleaning service provider of Qudos Bank Arena, the number 1 entertainment venue in Australia and one of the top 5 worldwide. Despite being a bustling venue with over 1 million customers annually, NRG is able to effectively and efficiently deliver the services required. One challenge associated with arenas is the management of the large volume of debris generated in a very fast-paced environment. NRG operates a fast turnaround for its cleaning assignments while maintaining consistency in quality.
As part of our BGIS portfolio, we are currently servicing Defence Plaza – the headquarters for the Australian Defence Forces. Since first servicing the approximately 23,980 sqm building back in 2015, we are proud to have no complaints, only many compliments. NRG’s quality of service and ability to adapt to change has seen the company forge a strong relationship with BGIS, leading to the recent acquisition of another cleaning contract.
The UNSW multi-campus facility has 8 faculties set on a modern 90-acre campus, with a community of 65,000 students and staff. NRG has successfully met all of UNSW’s Key Performance Indicators and scored above 90% on all cleaning and safety metrics for 12 consecutive years. Because of the solid reputation we have gained with this institution, we have just been awarded a 7-year contract for the upper campus and student accommodation. We look forward to continuing this long term relationship with UNSW for many years to come.
